Upon purchase, beat(s) will be usable for ONE commercial purpose on up to 3,500 copies which includes digital downloads. During this leasing period, other buyers will hear and be able to lease/purchase the same beat(s). After contracted lease has expired, Buyer MUST discontinue the use of the leased beat(s), as a result the beat(s) will again be up for Exclusive-Rights purchasing.

Upon purchase, beat(s) all ownership, except for copyright, will be given to the buyer but can not be transfered or resold. Other artists will NOT hear, or be able to purchase the same beat(s). Buyer has UNLIMITED use of beat(s).

* All records distributed or sold MUST include,"Beat produced by Mikie Slapz for BlaQ Houze, Inc.," printed next to each song name that uses any beat by company.

** No matter what rights you agree to, beats will ALWAYS remain copyright of BlaQ Houze, Incorporated. You may NOT, under any circumstances, sell beat(s) or let any other person perform on record, unless of course, that other person is featured on the record with contracting Artist.

Note that these guidelines are not intended to preclude in any way making fair use of beat(s) purchased, including using the beat(s) in connection with mixtapes, albums, shows, websites, videos, or other works reguarding musical talent.
